W.F. Taylor LLC. – an industry pacesetter in the development of floor covering adhesives and floor preparation products – was founded in 1977 by Wallace F. Taylor, a well-respected chemist. In 1984 Taylor was sold to a British company who retained ownership until 1989 when the present management purchased the company.​
